Australian and New Zealand Child Death Review and Prevention Group

The Australia and New Zealand Child Death Review and Prevention Group (ANZCDR&PG) comprises of specialist teams responsible for child death reviews and registers across Australia and New Zealand.

This annual conference offers a professional development opportunity for people working in child death prevention, registration, review, policy and research. Leaders in their fields present how data and death classifications can be better used to deepen our understanding of risk factors around child death and strengthen prevention strategies.

The Queensland Family and Child Commission supports the use of the Mindframe guidelines on responsible, accurate and safe reporting on suicide, mental ill-health and alcohol and other drugs. The Commission recommends referring to these guidelines when reporting on statistics in our reports and publications.
