Queensland's Child Safe Organisations system aims to keep children and young people safe when they interact with businesses and organisations.
Under this system, we can accept concerns about reportable conduct by workers of organisations, or reports relating to how an organisation has implemented the Child Safe Standards.
We cannot investigate complaints about decisions in child protection matters made by the Department of Families, Seniors, Disability Services and Child Safety.

Are you the head of the organisation or an authorised delegate?
Log into our online portal to submit your initial, interim or final report under Queensland's Reportable Conduct Scheme.
Initial reports completed via the portal can be saved for later completion, this function also allows for printing and saving of the partially completed or completed report.
