Queensland's Child Safe Organisations system aims to keep children and young people safe when they interact with businesses and organisations.

We cannot investigate complaints or concerns about decisions or case management of child protection matters.

Reportable Conduct Scheme

The Reportable Conduct Scheme comes into effect on 1 July 2026. You will be able to make reports on this webpage from that date.

The paper forms to report Reportable Conduct are available below for information purposes only. Reports of Reportable Conduct cannot be submitted to the Commission until 1 July 2026.

Use this form to submit a concern if you are a worked or volunteer for a business or organisations and you are concerned about suspected abuse or neglect of a child by another worker or a volunteer working for the same business or organisation.

Use this form to submit a concern if you are concerned about suspected abuse or neglect of a child by a worker or a volunteer with a business or organisation and you are not a worker or volunteer for the organisation.
