Use this form to submit a concern about an organisation not meeting Queensland's Child Safe Standards.

Use this form to submit a concern if you are a worker or volunteer for an organisation, and you are concerned about suspected abuse or neglect of a child by another worker or a volunteer who is working for the same organisation.
