  • Reportable Conduct Scheme

Queensland's Reportable Conduct Scheme came into effect on 1 July 2026. Learn if your organisation needs to comply on our Who does the scheme apply to webpage.

Use this form to submit a concern if you are a worked or volunteer for a business or organisation, and you are concerned about suspected abuse or neglect of a child by another worker or a volunteer who is working for the same business or organisation.

The Queensland Family and Child Commission’s role is to promote and oversee child safe organisations.

Anyone can raise a concern about worker conduct. Organisations should have clear and accessible information about how to make a report, and what they will do once concerns are received. These processes should be available to everyone involved in the organisation, including children and young people, their parents and carers, community members, and other workers of the organisation.

The head of the organisation has a legal responsibility to notify us of reportable conduct, but anyone in the community can make a report to us. If we receive a report from a member of the public about an organisation, we will refer it to the organisation to consider.

Concerns about the conduct of the head of an organisation can be raised directly with us. We will consider who is best placed to investigate, which can include us, someone else in the organisation or a sector regulator. You can discuss this with us if you are concerned about how a matter will be dealt with.

You can also use the below webform to submit your concern.
