QFCC Youth Advocates

Amplifying the voices of Queensland children and young people.

Our Youth Advocate network includes 50 Youth Advocates aged between 14 and 25, representing communities across Queensland, who provide views and perspectives about topics that affect young Queenslanders. The Youth Advocate network is one way the QFCC encourages youth engagement across government.

The Youth Advocates amplify the voices of Queensland children and young people. They encourage youth participation and leadership across government. Youth Advocates meet regularly to provide advice to the Commissioners on what is important to children and young people in Queensland.

To connect with a Youth Advocate or for information about how you can involve young people in your work, email yac@qfcc.qld.gov.au
