A pilot randomized controlled trial examining the impact of a sleep intervention targeting home routines on young children's (3–6 years) physical activity

This article describes the findings of a randomised control trial to investigate the impact of an intervention to increase 3 to 6-year-old children's sleep on their physical activity. The study found promising effects from the sleep intervention. There were improvements in both children's physical activity and their sleep duration.
