The #doiknowu campaign highlights the dangers of online sexual exploitation. The video demonstrates the tactics predators use to trap young people into sharing sexual images of themselves. The content is based on real life transcripts provided by the Queensland Police Service's Taskforce Argos and the video was created in collaboration with young people.
There is also a resource for parents that provides tips for discussing the dangers of online grooming with your child:
- Don't panic! brochure (PDF, 179KB) - Your guide to helping young people to be safe online
- Don't panic! fact sheet (PDF, 203KB) - It's all relative - risk doesn't always equal harm
