The Queensland Family and Child Commission (QFCC) promotes the safety, wellbeing and best interests of children and young people in Queensland. Every year, the QFCC releases an annual report with information about its own activities and the performance of the child protection system. The QFCC also releases an annual report with information about the deaths of children, to help develop and implement strategies to prevent child deaths in Queensland.
