Development and validation of the Bullying and Cyberbullying Scale for Adolescents: A multi‐dimensional measurement model

This study used responses from Queensland secondary school students to develop and validate a survey tool that integrates measurement of both traditional and cyber bullying. The final scale consisted of two 13-item subscales. The scale demonstrated good psychometric properties with acceptable concurrent and convergent validity as well as predictive validity over six months. This measurement tool could add greater rigour to evaluations of intervention programs.
